PT. Siam Maspion Terminal (SMT) is a joint venture company between PT. Maspion Investindo and SCG Chemicals (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Duly organized and existing under the laws of Republic of Indonesia and having its principal place of business at Jl. Kembang Jepun 38-40 Surabaya 60162, Indonesia.
Operation office is located at Maspion Industrial Estate, Manyar-Gresik, East Java and started operation since 1998, it is Jetty Operator for loading/unloading liquid and gas cargo to serve the activities of manufacturing companies inside Maspion Industrial Estate and surrounded area with.
We are Port Services Company located in Maspion Industrial Estate, Gresik-East Java which provided Jetty facilities for loading/unloading Liquid bulk, Dry bulk and General Cargo. We are seeking qualified – Indonesian’s as below:

Spesific Requirements :
1. Planning Staff
- a. S1 Degree from Industrial Engineering/Shipping Academy
- b. GPA min 3.00
- c. Preferable have working experience 1- 3 year, fresh graduate are welcome
- d. Age maximum 28 years old
- e. Good communicating in English both verbal & writing
- f. Able to operate computer minimum microsoft office including power point
- g. Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- h. Excellent Skills to coordinate with others
- i. Expertise in presenting
2. Commercial Staff
- a. S1 Degree from any major but prefer Economic Management
- b. GPA min 3.00
- c. Preferable have working experience at least 1 – 3 years
- d. Age maximum 28 years old
- e. Communicating in english both verbal & writing
- f. Able to operate computer minimum microsoft office including power point
- g. Good communication skills
- h. Having expertise in negotiating
- i. Expertise in presenting
- j. Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- k. Excellent skills to coordinate with others
- l. Good Looking & sociable
Job Description :

- b. Make a price quotation and proposal to potential customer
- c. Maintain the existing customer

3. Commercial & Planning Manager
- a. S1/S2 Degree from Industrial Engineering/Economic Management / Bussiness Administration
- b. GPA min 3.00
- c. Preferable have working experience minimum 5 years
- d. Age maximum 40 years old
- e. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
- f. Communicating in English both verbal & writing
- g. Communication skills, especially verbal
- h. Expertise in negotiating
- i. Expertise in presenting
- j. Able to handle pressure and deadlines
- k. Excellent skills to coordinate with others
- l. Good Looking and sociable
4. SHE Supervisor
- a. S1 /D4 Degree from K3 (Occupational, Safety and Health)
- b. GPA min 3.00
- c. Preferable have working experience 3 – 5 years
- d. Age maximum 35 years old
- e. Have AK3 Umum Certification (K3 General Expert)
- f. Good communication in English both verbal & written
- g. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
- h. Able to communicate professionally to all parties
Specific Requirement
- a. Familiar with SMK3/OHSAS and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
- b. Understand Safety and Environment Regulation
- c. Knowledge OF HSE Procedures
- d. Identify Safety critical element & performance
- e. Have Knowledge K3 of Oil & Gas
5. Legal & GA Supervisor
- a. S1 degree in Law Business with GPA minimum 3.0
- b. Preferable have experience 3 – 5 years
- c. Able to draw up a draft of contract (especially in English version)
- d. Have HR & Security Knowledge
- e. Age maximum 35 years old
- f. Good communication in English both verbal & written
- g. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
- h. Able to communicate professionally to all parties
6. Accounting Staff
- a. S1 degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.0
- b. Preferable have tax knowledge
- c. Age maximum 28 years old
- d. Good communication in English both verbal & written
- e. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
7. Jetty Master (S1 degree in marine/ocean engineering, marine academy)
- a. S1 Marine academy, Industrial Engineering or others technical with GPA minimum 3.0
- b. Preferable have working experience 1- 3 years , fresh graduate are welcome
- c. Preferable have safety knowledge
- d. Age maximum 28 years
- e. Good communication in English both verbal & written
- f. Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft Office including power point
- g Able to handle pressure and deadlines
