HR SHARED SERVICE (CONTRACT 6 MONTHS)
- VALID DATE : 30 NOVEMBER 2016
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR – related queries (medical reimbursements, outstanding leaves, training schedule, etc.).
- Administer HR – related documentation, such as Employee Request Form, Interview Feedback Form, MCU form, contracts of employment, training registration & evaluation, etc.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and complies with legislation.
- Assist in the GA, training & recruitment process, such as: maintain job posting to all channels, including posting and tracking on job ads expiry date.
- Liaise with training & recruitment agencies/executive searches.
- Set up interviews, training events, employee events (company outing, Town Hall Gathering) and issue relevant correspondence (emails, training invitations, etc.).
- Prepare regular HR related reports; summarize data, including any information updates.
- Support and maintain training record, includes registration to relevant training vendors/providers.
- Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, etc
- Manage and tracking departmental budget spent, related to HR (training, outings, Town Hall Gatherings etc)
- Introduce new hire on their first day to all SBU HeadsReview and update the organization chart
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree (S1) of any major.
- Min. 1 year of experience in the similar position.
- Good command of English (oral & written).
- Independent and able to perform multitasking.Well organized, fast, and productive.
- Pleasant personality & possess good communication skill.
- Ms Office proficiency is a MUST (Word, excel, Power Point)

JUNIOR SAP BASIS

Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer server & storage system (monitoring system performance, installation, and upgrade SAP system)
- Establish and control system access and security (refer to company rules and procedures).

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major.
- Min. 2 years of experience in SAP BASIS.
- Experience to complete at least 2 full cycle SAP implementation.
- Proven knowledge and experiences in SAP EEC6.0
- Having knowledge in Network/System/Database Admin
- Analytical, innovative, and result oriented

JUNIOR INVESTMENT MANAGER
- VALID DATE : 30 SEPTEMBER 2016
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business plan and presentation materials to the investors involved
- Update or modify annual business plan and strategies to maximize the value of the property
- Identify and formulate various enhancement scenarios on the property via cash flow and carry out stress tests under various micro and macro conditions
- Cash flow projections
- Coordinate and lead the various service providers and specialist within PS to develop a comprehensive asset strategy for the property and seek the various approvals if there is a need to modify the approved parameters
- Negotiate and execute various value engineering to maximize investors returns and keep various costs within budget
- Manage the due diligence process and work with the various physical DD consultants in identifying the strength and weaknesses of the property
- Manage the asset improvement / enhancement process
- Provide support during the divestment process and ensure that all property related documents and information are in proper order
- Manage the handover of the property to the new owners for the completion process
- Conduct financial analysis / financial modelling
- Develop valuation models in order to report accurate information to the plan with respect to the value of its investment
- Conduct market research
- Developing close relationship with banking and investors
- Corporate Finance
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting background
- Max 35 years old with Banking/Property industry experience is required.
- At least 2 years working experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
- Knowledge of Capital Market and Capital Market Instruments
- Able to have a good grasp (in-depth knowledge) of the dynamics of the property and its surroundings
- Proficient in English
- Logical and analytical
- Good analytical ability and strategic thinking to gather and interpret information and develop recommend and implement solutions.
