Job Description
- Monitor performance results of each sourcing vendor based on Multipolar standard requirements and invite only qualified vendors if there is any procurement activities.
- Prepare the necessary documents for vendor selection.
- Check price and available goods to vendor based on the purchase requisition.
- Support the development of medium to complex PR by Account Managers or end-users.
- Prepare Payment Request (PR) for advance, expense or settlement and ensure the completeness of supporting document for approval.
- Conduct vendor evaluation to ensure that the performances of vendors are qualified based on the standard requirements.
Requirement
- S1 Degree from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline.
- Have min 2 years working experience handling procurement in IT Industry.
- Good negotiation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
