HR Information Management Analyst

You will collaborate with business and third party to learn about the organization business process & the functionality related, so you will become the Subject Matter Expert in process, functional, and technical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development of new HR applications/ system enhancement in the form of transforming user requirement into proposed design, testing the prototype and prepare for the implementation.
  • Support and maintaining the existing HR applications or interfaces to other systems in order to have stable, accurate and yet effective – efficient HR Information Systems
  • Document all the project materials from Project Initialization to Project Post Go-Live Support as standard Project Management in order to meet audit standard, prepare user learning and support purposes Serve as the trainer to transfer knowledge for Support activities especially during hyper care period, end user training as part of Go Live preparation

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Information System and/or Information Technology and/or equivalent educational background with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Fresh graduate and professional welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written.
  • Possess knowledge and skills in SQL Programming and MS-Excel Macro.
  • Quick learner of new software technology, knowledgeable in Global ERP software and HR business processes is an advantage.
  • Having the ability to analyze and solve problems, create project documentation such as functional specification and test plan, perform system test and user acceptance test.
  • Excellent coordination, analytical and communication skills.
  • Focus on details and accuracy in deliverables.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
  • YOU are responsible to maintain the electrical/electronic technical conditions of the equipment and relevant systems in order to accomplish all the production, safety and quality requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Hold a Diploma Degree (D3/D4) in Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA: 2,75
  • 2 years experience in Electrician from FMCG will be advantage
  • Basic knowledge of basic electrical (i.e.: AC/DC power, frequency converter, measurement & process calibrator tools) and control system
  • Sufficient knowledge of SCADA system, PLC (Siemens S7/S5, Beckhoff Twincat) and HMI system
  • Willing to be place in Sukorejo & Karawang

IS Analyst Systems

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems is preferable.
  • A Bachelor degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates about Information Technology is preferable too.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in Information Technology is a must.
  • Quick learner of new software technology, knowledgeable in system functionalities.
  • Fluent in English, both oral & written.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Customer oriented and drive for result.
