Job Description
- Experience in admin officer, such us : Mailing, General Affair, Booking ticket / hotel.
- Experience in arrange schedule for director / C-Level.
- Experience as admin payment and verification for vendor / merchant / warehouse.
- Oversees the operation of office accounts, and plans and monitors expenditures; as appropriate, develops and/or coordinates budgets for the office and associated accounts.
- Active and inisiative person.
Requirement
- Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Preferred Female and good looking.
- At least 3 years experience in Admin Officer / Secretary.
- Good Communication skills, English is a must.
