Job Description
The Program:
- Bakrie Future Leader Development Program (BFLDP) is a 1-year program designed to prepare BNBR Group future leaders. You will be prepared to become a highly competent business leader, who will be able in dealing with competitive business environment. You will be developed through challenging roles and directly hands-on in various projects assignments. There will be some rotations to the various divisions supported by highly supportive learning environment, training and professional development directly from BNBR Group leaders.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree majoring in:
- Civil Engineering (CE)
- Industrial Engineering (IE)
- Chemical Engineering (CHE)
- Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Mechanical Engineering (ME)
- Marketing (MKT)
- Public Relations (PR)
- Accounting (ACC)
- Financial Management (FM)
- GPA min 3 out of 4
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Maximum age 25 years for Bachelor Degree, and 28 years for Master Degree
- Willing to be stationed in any company’s sites
