SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Hunting new customers and to maintain existing customers for daily sales and project basis sales
- Developing marketing plans and strategies
- Reviewing and follow up and evaluate projects, prospects and other marketing issues
- Create market and achieve sales targets
- Monitor costs in relation to prevailing competition and adjust the selling price if necessary
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management
- Report to management on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- At least 10 years experiences in sales & marketing of industrial products & services
- Pleasant personality
- Proficient in MS OFFICE especially power point with Good Command in English is a MUST
- Fast Learning and able to work under pressure
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta
- Willing to travel
- Driving License is a must
- Focus on attention to detail and accurate recording of information
- Strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and show initiative
- Basic understanding of related industrial equipment

SENIOR SALES ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Manager to Identify new customer and maintain existing customer
- Presenting the company’s images & products and providing technical assistance about product application to customer
- Identify and pursue opportunities to offer Franklin Offshore products and services
- Present and negotiate client proposals
- Monitor delivery and liaise with client and ensure all obligations are met
- Follow up with customers during and report to Sales Manager
- Provide weekly and monthly sales report to Sales Manager
General Requirements:
- Degree in Any discipline
- Minimum 5 years experiences in sales & marketing with proven record
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Proficient in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Presentation, Outlook)
- Mechanical or engineering knowledge will be an advantage
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta
- Willing to travel
- Driving License is a must
- Focus on attention to detail and accurate recording of information
- Strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and show initiative
- Basic understanding of related industrial equipment
