- Bachelor degree of Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Good character : accountable, active and leaderships

Requirement
- Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology / Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in handling training program.
- Able to use Psychological test tools.
- Good Command in English.
- Able to operate Computers (Ms. Office, Visio)
- Have knowledge and understanding in Performance Management System.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Have knowledge and understanding in labor laws.
