Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), which later on was changed into Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of oil and gas in Madura Strait.

SUPERINTENDENT WELL HEAD PLATFORM
Responsibilities: 
  • To implement procedures and guidelines with regard to production and maintenance activities in Project Field Well Head Platform.
  • To ensure all activities in The Well Head Platform are executed effectively and production and safety targets are met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Geologist, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Physics Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in production or maintenance function in Oil & Gas Industry with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
  • Having offshore experience in Oil & Gas Industry is preferable.
  • Has held a supervisory/structural role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Point of hire: Surabaya

TECHNICAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities: 
  • To conduct technical support activities and coordinate with third parties to ensure that all required technical activities are executed to support continuity of production.
  • Conduct and coordinate inspection processes, including under water inspection, pipeline inspection, pipeline cleaning, etc., to ensure that all necessary inspection processes are executed in compliance with HCML guidelines and policies as well as government regulations
  • Conduct certification processes for crane, vessels, platforms, equipments, pipelines and Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs), including coordination with Migas, selection of contractors, and issuance of certifications, to ensure that all necessary equipment are certified accordingly to regulations by Migas.
  • Conduct the selection process of third parties to conduct corrosion monitoring and coordinate the process of corrosion monitoring by third parties to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, as well as HCML procedures and standards.
  • Implement chemical management activities, including monitoring the availability and quality of all necessary chemical in HCML sites, to ensure production continuity.
  • Ensure that all technical support activities comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all activities, improvements, and non-conformances related to technical support are adequately documented and readily available to optimize the knowledge management.
  • Support communication regarding technical support activities with third parties, partners (HCML JV) and SKK Migas.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Physic Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines. 
  • 4 – 6 years in technical support function in Oil and Gas industry (Corrosion, Chemical, Certification and Inspection).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Point of hire: Jakarta

OFFICER HR
Responsibilities: 
  • Provide recommendation to Head of HRSS regarding wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal and bonus programs, and benefit / service programs. 
  • To conduct activities related to personnel administration, including activities related to company policies, employee personal data management, industrial relations, and HR information system, 
  • To ensure all company policies updates are documented, industrial relation activities are well executed and all data or administrations are well documented and integrated in HRIS. 
  • Coordinate development of IT system for HR and GA activities (e.g. timesheet, car booking system, etc.) to promote effectiveness of future HR and GA activities. 
  • Implement Health, Safety and Environment programs and philosophy within HR and GA activities to ensure compliance to corporate and government regulations.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or other related disciplines
  • 2 – 4 years in HR and GA in Oil and Gas industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Point of hire: Jakarta

OFFICER SUPPORT SERVICES
Responsibilities: 
  • To ensure all necessary facilities and equipment in HCML premises were available in effective and efficient way.
  • Prepares special and periodic reports that involve compiling data from a number of sources.
  • Conduct asset/inventory management and/or office service management including including monitorng on contract implementation, analysis on current situation and problem solving, analyze future needs, and plan procurement execution.
  • To ensure all support service activities are adequately documented in alignment with HCML policies and reports readily available in database to optimize the knowledge management and study process.
  • Preparing tender proposal document for the service needed.
  • Preparing working program and budget for related activities.
  • Coordinate with related parties to resolve matters such as office space rental, office maintenance, facilities maintenance to ensure office facilities are in good conditions to support activities of HCML employees.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments by adhering to the excellence customer oriented principle.
  • Implement Health, Safety and Environment programs and philosophy within Support Service activities to ensure compliance to corporate and government regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Industrial Engineering, 
  • 2 – 3 years in HR or GA function with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
  • Familiar with procurement (tender) process.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office application.
  • Able to operate drawing or picture creation application / software (autocad, photoshop, corel draw, etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal and written English communication.
  • Point of hire: Jakarta
