Business Intelligence
Responsibility
- Ad hoc support for product owners.
- Defining KPIs with product owners.
- Building data models for longer term projects.
- Assist building of integration/access layer data marts.
- Analytical Tableau reporting.
- Presents findings for actionable changes across products.
- Understand the basic pricing model of their product.
- Volunteers for special project assignments.
- Identifying trends and possible pain points for products or consumer/driver behaviors.
- Support for new implementations.
- Able to identify and liaison with engineering teams to find bugs and fix them.
- Makes recommendations to product owners.
Requirement
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to write advanced SQL queries with no supervision across all SQL/NoSQL flavors.
- Able to write SQL/NoSQL using various functions, CTEs, and programmed functions with proper index efficiencies and subqueries.
- Can independently improve and rewrite legacy SQL code for better optimization.
- Able to independently export data to CSVs and develop Excel-based charts for C-Level executives.
- Proficient with writing Python/R code for analysis and data reporting.
- Understand basic automation.
- Ability to manipulate and insert data across databases using ETL tools (Pentaho).
- Ability to comfortably navigate Jira, BitBucket repos, etc. Ability to write datamart transformation requirements.
UX Designer
Responsibility
- Helping drive team building and collaboration
- Visual & interaction design definition, direction, and execution
- Collaborating on user experience and design planning with PMs and Business Head
- Drive interface and user experience optimization for assigned product
- Report to VP User Experience Design
Requirement
Minimum Qualifications
- Have working experience in UX Designer.
- Have designed native iOS and Android apps for phones or tablets. Therefore you are not only aware of the design guidelines of iOS and Android operating systems, but you are also familiar with app specific design patterns.
- Have a solid portfolio with a variety of native app design work which exhibits your user focus.
- Familiar with the latest technologies and SDK capabilities of iOS and Android is a plus.
- Expert in skills with UI and/or prototyping tools such as Sketch, InvisionApp, MarvelApp, UXPin, Flinto, Principle, etc. (we care less about your preferred tools and more about your love of using them)
- Excited with the latest advances in app design and not afraid thinking out-of-the-box when there is a reason to deviate from existing standards and patterns
QA Engineer
Responsibility
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Requirement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or any related areas
- Have an experience as quality assurance or software tester in mobile platforms (iOS dan Android)
- Capable to create testing scenario/testing script
- Having an extensive understanding about software requirement and business process
- Practical knowledge of using Appium test automation.
- Familiar with Java framework
- Strong in SDLC
- Proven track record of maintaining business critical application quality.
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Able to work under pressure
