- Develop Learning Curriculum aligned with competencies, by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Description
- Analyze training needs in conjunction with line managers.
- Develop Learning Module for internal trainings, based on Learning Curriculum.
- Ensure all Development Programs is executed appropriately and aligned to Learning Objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and compile it into comprehensive report.
- Design appropriate e-learning strategy and cooperate with Knowledge Management Section to implement it through Knowledge Management Portal.
Requirements
- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree of Education/Teaching/Training, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Have experience in developing talent development programs (such as Officer Development Program) is advantage.
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Have strong passion in learning/teaching and have background in competency development.
Radio Network Programmer
- Make the application/software/system to support directorate/company program
Description
- Perform backup data file and database periodically
- Manage authority access data
- Responsible for managing hardware & software

Requirements
- Min. S1 from Information Technology or Technic Telecommunication
- Having 2 - 3 year experiences in Network Telecommunication
- Have skill in Programming : PHP, Java, Python
- Have skill in Database : Database MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL
- Have skill in Develop : Android Developer, Web Development HTML/5, Javascript, CSS, JQuery
Backhaul Engineer Staff
- Handling IP Transport Project Implementation
Description
- Design new IP transmission for new product or services
- Complete OSP DPP document with IP transmission design
- Ensure the fulfillment of SLA transmission
Requirements
- Min. S1 from Telecommunication Engineer or Technic Electro
- Having 2 - 3 year experiences in Telecommunication company
- Excellent understanding about transmission design and implementation
Financial & Administrative Auditor
- Evaluating the implementation by SOP
Description
- Planning and being a leader in Internal Audit assigment.
- Provide a feedback for implementation of SOP.
- Monitoring junior auditor for doing an assignment.
- Compile and review the result of audit.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree.
- at least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably supervisor level from any major.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years working experiences as Account Executive/Account Manager (preferable from telecommunication industry)

- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- Computer literate - minimum Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
