Social Safeguard Specialist
Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Safety), Forestry, Geographical Science or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as Social Safeguard Specialist.
- Have a good understanding of international standard for Land Acquisition (World Bank Safeguard/IFC/ADB Safeguard, SDGs, and etc).
- Have an experience in dealing with conflict resolution.
- Preferably have a good understanding of infrastructure regulations.
- Preferably have a good knowledge of Public Private Partnership (PPP).
- Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders or government agencies.
- Ability to multi-task several projects at a particular time and highly organize
- Fluent in English is a must.

Requirement
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree in Engineering (Civil), Economics, Finance/Banking or equivalent.
- A minimun of 8 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Preferably have a good understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP).
- Preferably have a good knowledge of Project Risk, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling and Risk Management.
- Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders or government agencies.
- Outstanding analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional oral and writtent communication skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
