Construction Manager
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering Civil Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Have good experience in infrastucture civil (Non High Rise Buliding)
- Controlling any requirement technical documents
- Capable to create construction methods
- Capable to create technical calculation and work's methods
- Controlling any physical progress construction
- Have good fluent english
- Capable to create schedule, monitoring, and acceleration program
- Contract base project (12 months in Project LRT Velodrome Kelapa Gading)
Construction Supervisor
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or equivalent
- Required language(Bahasa Indonesia, English)
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill (s): infrastructure construction
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering Civil Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Create work methods in details plans and workflow that can be used by subordinates or subcontractor
- Controlling budget, time and quality of works
- Coordination to subcontractor/owner/project manager
- Have good analythical for more efficient and effective works method
- Create schedule, workprograms, evaluation, and acceleration program
- Have good experience in construction methods (infrasturcture construction)
