PT. ANEKA TUNA INDONESIA was established in October 1991, as a joint venture company between Itochu Corporation, Hagoromo Foods Corporation – a leading tuna brand owner in Japan, and one other foreign firm.
Located in mountains area with exotic panorama in East Java Province of Indonesia, we began commercial operations in November 1992, specializing in production and sale of canned tuna. Itochu does the overall sales and management, while Hagoromo Foods is in charge of production. All of the partners are actively involved in improving product quality including dispatching technicians from Japan and sending local technicians to Japan for training.

Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
Main purpose of job
- To lead in the development of strategies and processes to ensure that product quality and customer satisfaction are maintained and that there is the continuous improvement of products, processes and services.
Main responsibilities :
- Direct and control the staff of the quality department to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all necessary training and development to enable them to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
- Develop strategies and processes to ensure that total quality is promoted throughout the company
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure that there is continuous improvement in all company operations and that waste is kept to a minimum
- Act as the company’s expert on quality management and provide any necessary training and advice to managers and staff to ensure that they pursue the objectives of total quality management and continuous improvement
- Develop quality targets and measures for all company operations
- and monitor the performance of the company against these
- Provide advice and guidance to the company, its managers and staff on any regulatory aspects of total quality management
- Undertake all necessary research to keep abreast of developments in the fields of total quality management and continuous improvement to ensure that the company maintains its competitive position
- Control all departmental budgets and resources to ensure that these operate cost-effectively and in accordance with quality standards
General Qualification :
- Age max 40 years old
- Education: S1
- Good in English
Experience:
- At least 5 years in Total Quality Management
- At least 3 years in managerial position

IT Manager
Job Description:
- To direct and control the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s information technology systems to support the business objectives of the company.
Main Responsibility:
- Develop and implement an information technology strategy to support the financial and business objectives of the company.
- Develop appropriate computerized information systems to meet the needs of managers and staff.
- Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
- Establish and maintain all necessary information technology procedures and ensure that all systems are supported by the necessary documentation and manuals.
- Help to define IT training needs and provide training as required to ensure the most effective use of computer systems.
- Identify areas in which the introduction of innovative technology will improve business performance and assist managers with the implementation of any new systems.
- Develop a programmed of maintenance and support for all IT systems to ensure a minimum of downtime and fast resolution of any problems.
- Provide a source of advice to managers and staff on information technology issues.
- Maintain an awareness of new developments in information technology and ensure that the company makes the best use of any such developments.

- Have Accounting knowledge
