PT Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (PT MRT Jakarta) berdiri pada tanggal 17 Juni 2008, berbentuk badan hukum Perseroan Terbatas dengan mayoritas saham dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta (struktur kepemilikan: Pemprov DKI Jakarta 99.98%, PD Pasar Jaya 0.02%)​. PT MRT Jakarta memiliki ruang lingkup kegiatan di antaranya untuk pengusahaan dan pembangunan prasarana dan sarana MRT, pengoperasian dan perawatan (operation and maintenance/O&M) prasarana dan sarana MRT, serta pengembangan dan pengelolaan properti/bisnis di stasiun dan kawasan sekitarnya, serta Depo dan kawasan sekitarnya.

Dasar hukum pembentukan PT MRT Jakarta adalah Peraturan Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta Nomor 3 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Perseroan Terbatas (PT) MRT Jakarta (sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 3 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Perseroan Terbatas (PT) MRT Jakarta) dan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2008 Tentang Penyertaan Modal Daerah Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT) MRT Jakarta (sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2013 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2008 Tentang Penyertaan Modal Daerah Pada Perseroan Terbatas (PT) MRT Jakarta).

Project Manager For Construction 2 Division Head
General Requirement:

  • Min Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree (S2) Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • A senior experienced at least 15 years of working experience in Project Manager Area
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Profound knowledge in government regulation
  • Expert in Organization and Management skills
  • Excellent corporate communication skills and ability to influence at executive level & lower
  • Fluent in English both spoken & written.
  • Have strong integrity, accountability & commitment
  • Have a good Leadership skill, Team Development skill, and an Ideal Role Model
  • Must have a strong Negotiation & Communication skills
  • Not only result oriented individual but also process oriented with exceptional managerial & coordination skill
  • Ability to perform under pressure with time limitation
  • Be able to adapt quickly
  • Energetic, charming, and love challenges

Jobs Requirement:

  • Collaborate with engineers to determine the specifications of the project
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

Control and Monitoring Division Head
General Requirement:

  • Min Bachelor Degree (S1) Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • A senior experienced at least 15 years of working experience in Control and Monitoring Area.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Profound knowledge in government regulation
  • Expert in Organization and Management skills
  • Excellent corporate communication skills and ability to influence at executive level & lower
  • Fluent in English both spoken & written.

Jobs Requirement:

  • Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements.
  • Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.
  • Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.

Legal Division Head
General Requirement:

  • Min Bachelor Degree (S1) Law or equivalent.
  • A senior experienced at least 15 – 20 years in Legal Area
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a legal counsel in government regulation
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Must Have a Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
  • Ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
  • Have a High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Must have a Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
  • Have an outstanding communication skills

Jobs Requirement:

  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
