Sales Executive (Temporary) - Jawa Tengah
Qualifications for Sales Executive
- Hold S1 degree with min. GPA 2.75 from any educational background
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Solid interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
- Team player, smart worker, proactive, and highly motivated
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Computer literacy
- Willing to be placed in Central Java
IS Analytics Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal customers, PMI stakeholders and vendors to support Business Intelligence services and project
- Create functional specifications and make sure that the developers understand the requirements
- Coordinate with the development teams and validate the developments and prepare the deployment
- Day-to-day business intelligence system support, ensure that system related issues and queries are timely resolved
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in all major
- Having minimum 8 years of experience in information technology, systems, or services is preferable
- Good knowledge on Big Data or SAP BW or Microsoft Business Intelligence or other Business intelligence tools
- Experience in big data analytics will be an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Graduate Trainee 2018
Qualifications for Graduate Trainee
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Minimum GPA: Bachelor Degree: 3.00; Master Degree: 3.30
- English proficiency
- Open for placement in all area in Indonesia
- Good analytical thinking
- Maximum of 2 years work experience
- Confident to interact with senior management team
Lead Continuous Improvement
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers trainings on Lean, Lean Enterprise and/or other agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Acts as ambassadors of Lean Enterprise and supports teams in applying the right tools/techniques depending on the problem to be solved while monitoring the teams’ progress with regards to the efficiency gains from the ideas.
- Builds networks among project teams and create venue for sharing learnings & best practices
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00, other majors are welcome to apply
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Lean tools application (manufacturing and/or office), Project Management skills required
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point
Lead Integrated Business Services (IBS) Communications Asia
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, lead and monitor Asia IBS communications targeted towards Shared Service Centers of Finance, Procurement, IS and HR.
- Liaison with key stakeholders to ensure information is timely published to the target audience through different communication mediums.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Hold Bachelor Degree in Communication with minimum GPA 3.00, other majors are welcome to apply

- Finance Process knowledge will be an advantage
