Job Description
Every year, PT Polychem Indonesia, Tbk hire the best Talents that will be placed in various areas of our business through the Management Trainee program. Talents will be trained to improve in soft skill and hard skill field. Management Trainee Program is designed for making Talents performed properly so that all the production process and supply chains runs smoothly.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Psychology, Law, Management, Accounting, Math and Science/ MIPA
- GPA Min. 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Maximum age 28 years
- Male/ Female
- Have a good analytical skills
- Not Color Blind
- Fluent in English is a plus point
- Willing to be placed in our business area
