Project Site Manager (Sanitary Industry)
Job Description
- Liaise with Clients and Site staff on a daily basis
- Attend site visits and surveys on weekly basis or as required
- Plan, organize, coordinate and control projects from initial conception through to client handover on time and within budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Recruit subcontractors within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility (Master Project Schedule and Quality Plan)
- Produce and update project documentation
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Collate H&S, Site Welfare and RAMS administration
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related industry
- Previous experience working in a relevant position
- Interest in having a career in Pharmaceutical, Food Beverage and Personal Care industry
- Ability to manage key critical success factors of the project including quality, business and schedule
- Proven track record of assisting with delivering medium and large scale projects on budget
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to speak and understand basic English
- Willing and capable of driving a car or riding a motorcycle
- Able to start working immediately
- Prepare, execute and report validation documentation
- Ensures assigned validation exercises are conducted in a timely manner and in compliance with c-GMP and project milestones
- Builds good working relationships and liaises effectively with client and other departments
- Validation of Equipment and System - Protocol Writing, Execution, Report Writing and Approval
- Review qualification documents such as Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification Protocols and Reports
- Effectively integrates commissioning and validation documentation
- Prepare SOPs - Standard Operating Procedure related to QSE-14 Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
- Technical/Science Bachelor Degree (S1) holder or equivalent, but other pertinent qualifications may be acceptable.
- Interest in having a career in Pharmaceutical, Food Beverage and Personal Care industry
- Demonstrated the ability to successfully facilitate quality project work including knowledge of working within a quality management system, c-GMP, 21 CFR 211, EU Annex 11 and 21 CFR Part 11
- To maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory standards
- Ability to focus on detailed documents and review them thoroughly and accurately
- Fluent in English (Writing and Verbal)
- Able to start working immediately
- Giving technical support for marketing and sales department
- Prepare survey reports and documentations
- Produce outline electrical designs for project discussion and development
- Design systems include with components that meet the needs and requirements of a client
- Alter and modify design to meet requirements and certain malfunctions
- Estimate budget and scope of a project (BOQ)
- Able and willing to act as an electrical engineering supervisor at project field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
- Fresh graduates with Engineering bachelor degree (S1) holders are welcome
- Interest in having a career in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Field
- Solid understanding of core electrical engineering concepts
- Familiarity with 2D or 3D Design and Manufacturing Tools (e.g,, AutoCad, ProE or other)
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Fluent in English
- Willing and capable of driving a car or riding a motorcycle
- Able to start working immediately
