Responsibilities :
- Handling orders from customers
- Handling incoming & outgoing emails from customers
- Handling incoming & outgoing calls from customers
- Handling complains via email & calls from customers
Copywiter
Syarat Umum:
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Maximum 40 years old (Fresh Graduated Allowed)
- Good English (spoken and written )
- Experience writing for digital and social platforms
- Have an editorial experience in a magazine or E-commerce business is an advantage
- Fast learner, able to work in a team, good communication skill.
Responsibilities :
- Write copies for campaign ads, content editor for blogs &website
- Developing creative ideas & concepts for digital campaign
