Creative Designer - Brand
Job Role:
- The purpose of this role is to create and develop impactful, easy-to-understand and well-branded communication materials for Indosat / IM3 campaigns.
- This role includes having good product knowledge and the ability to make complicated information simple for the customer. No prior telco experience is necessary but the person must have the capacity for learning new things, new categories and most of all, the interest in telco and technology.
Qualification:
- Min. S1 graduate from reputable university, preferably major in Creative / AdvertisingCommunications / Marketing
- Creative and out of the box thinking
- Has a sense of art, follow the trend
- Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment and manage an agency
- Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks
Experience:
- Min 3 years working in creative / advertising agency

Skills:

Digital Video Creative Design Officer
Job Role:
- Responsible for producing and editing videos to populate Indosat Ooredoo’s digital media including paid digital marketing, social media and website.
- Responsible for creating a digital creative that can be used in all across digital media channel.
Qualification:
- S1 in Digital Designer/Multimedia Designer/Video Graphic/Graphic Designer/Web Designer
- Creative thinker.
- Able to create a creative storytelling through video.
- Strong writing, shooting and editing video skills.
- Understand the technical processes involved in television production, including camera, lighting, sound and editing.
- Knowledge of digital file formats (jpg, psd, tif, gif, eps, pdf), strengths and weaknesses, and appropriate use for each.
- Able to operate Adobe Premier, after effect, and others video editing program.
- Skills in digital design techniques; visual ideation, creativity, typography, design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Flash etc.)
- Demonstrated skill in photography.
- Stay current with technology and changes the latest design trends.
- Highly committed to quality and timely result of the works.
- Well-organized, able to work with deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years on digital or marketing working experience.
- Had experience working on telecommunication or digital creative agency.

- Prepare Document Process Support of SMK3L to the whole work unit.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma III degree but preferably Bachelor degree
- Ready for field work
- Ready to work out side office hour
Experience:
- 1 - 3 years experience in Office Building HSE environment
- familiar with SMK3L.
- experience with audit OHSAS 18001, SMK3 and ISO 14001
- having experience as document controller for SMK3L
