PT Pertamina EP adalah perusahaan yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan usaha di sektor hulu bidang minyak dan gas bumi, meliputi eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Di samping itu, Pertamina EP juga melaksanakan kegiatan usaha penunjang lain yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mendukung bidang kegiatan usaha utama.
Wilayah Kerja (WK) Pertamina EP seluas 113,613.90 kilometer persegi merupakan limpahan dari sebagian besar Wilayah Kuasa Pertambangan Migas PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO). Pola pengelolaan usaha WK seluas itu dilakukan dengan cara dioperasikan sendiri (own operation) dan kerja sama dalam bentuk kemitraan, yakni 4 proyek pengembangan migas, 7 area unitisasi dan 39 area kontrak kerjasama kemitraan terdiri dari 24 kontrak Technical Assistant Contract (TAC), 15 kontrak Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO). Jika dilihat dari rentang geografinya, Pertamina EP beroperasi hampir di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, dari Sabang sampai Merauke.
General Manager
Main Jobs:
- Responsible for policy implementation and ensure the company’s regulations, as well as compatibility with the company’s objectives and strategies appropriate to the overall business targets
- To develop, monitor, evaluate and implement company’s overall policy in order to run optimally, effectively and efficiently.
- To control and evaluate the implementation of the strategy to obtain strategic input as proposals for next policy.
- To evaluate and analyze the results of company’s strategy implementation and seek proposals for solving problems that arise.
- To monitor and provide guidance functions of each department in implementing the company’s strategy.
- Ensure that the organization structure of the whole organization is designed to achieve the priorities and objectives in line with Board of Directors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university with department related to the oil industry.
- Maximum age 55 years old.
- Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas industry, preferably with experience in KSO with the same level position.
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing).
- Having good communication, good relationship in the oil industry, good managerial skill, and work effectively.
- as the nature of responsibility, leadership, discipline, also good personality and integrity.
Drilling Workover Engineer
Main Jobs:
- Plan and prepare AFE, WP&B, and other technical matter related with operation plan, monitoring daily works, analyzing, reporting, and close out for Drilling and Workover job
- Do analysis on well and all aspects related to Drilling Workover job
- Do good coordination with service company for Drilling and Workover job
- Prepare reports related to DWO works program and do data compilation for documentation of all work programs that already carried out.
- Do coordination with related functions in Operation Team to ensure smooth operational activities of the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably majoring Petroleum Engineering.
- Having experiences in field for Onshore Drilling and Workover, preferably with 5 years experiences.
- Having experience / familiar with mud & cement, completion & well intervention, casing & liners, drilling operation, etc.
- Able to work with target and under minimum supervision, and able to work in team.
- Have good computer capabilities mainly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Having good understanding in English, mainly for speaking and writing.
- Have integrity, loyalty and honesty.
