Requirements

Operation Audit Staff
- The Field Internal Auditor will be responsible for auditing the overall controls in the regional offices.

- Responsible for the ongoing risk assessment, control identification, management and development of audit testing, and completion of audit work for assigned and for other assigned areas within the corporation
- Evaluate the adequacy andeffectiveness of controls encompassing the organizations and operational activity, andinformation systems

- Experience in related position minimum 1- 3 years in Telecommunication Business

Project Manager CME (Civil Mechanical Engineering)
- Ensure the project can be run in accordance with the goals particularly in terms of timeliness, compliance with the specifications, quality of the work and budget
Description
Planning & Project Control
- Giving input to the Project Management Department Head related with the target project /project runs every month, organizational structure and resources required.
- Implementing, managing and supervising execution of the project to achieve targets particularly in terms of timeliness, compliance with specifications, quality of work and budget (up to obtaining BAUF/BAUK)
- Collecting and analyzing each information especially from the Field Supervisor (SITAC /CME) about project handling, particularly consolidation of the obstacles that obstruct and doing escalation issues.
- Able to obtain the documents authorized by the relevant parties for any deviation from the schedule or delay not caused by the project that could potentially affect the commercial aspects
Coordination
- Coordinating with all relevant parties, both internally and externally, to ensure the project can be run in accordance with the goals particularly in terms of timeliness, compliance with the specifications, quality of the work and budget
Input System
- Ensuring the progress of work always updated to internal system as a part of monitoring process
Handover Documents
- Preparing and submit all project document to Asset Management and billing related to Marketing
Reporting
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to the operator at the Regional Office and the Project Management Department Head (through Project Controller).
Supervision
- Motivate, identify and review performance of its subordinates to improve their knowledge and skills
- Monitoring and evaluate the performance of the Vendor/Partner and material manufacturers and provide constructive suggestions that help the Vendor/Partner and manufacturers to deliver the output of the work on schedule, compliance with spesification and high quality.
Requirements
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring Civil Engineering
- Experience relevant (CME & SITAC) to position minimum 3 - 4 years in Telecommunication Business
- Able to manage multiple project tasks
- High motivation & could work under pressure
- Computer literate (Ms Office & Ms Project)
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skill
- Team oriented with ability to motivate, coach and supervise team members from various backgrounds

- Coordinating all the regulation that related to asset compliance department with ATSI (Asosiasi Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia)
Description
- Ensure the entire site has a building permit (IMB)
- negotiations with a partner or agent as well as local government
- IMB price verification according to company price reference.
- Coordinating with legal department, related to solve a problem
- Analysing every community issue, based on law perspective
- Establishing and maintaining good relations with the local government
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring Law
- Having minimum 4 year experience in the same field
- Having knowledge in Tower Provider Business
- Communicative and able to work under pressure
- Having good negotiation skill
- Team oriented with ability to motivate, coach and supervise team members from various backgrounds
